Galvanized steel MMS for ground-mounted and tracker-compatible solar parks — CNC plasma cut to drawing, hot-dip galvanized in our own 7-metre kettle.
Indo East entered solar module mounting structures in 2012, applying the same fabrication and galvanizing line that builds our telecom and transmission structures. Solar MMS is a precision job rather than a heavy one: the steel is simple, but the hole patterns are not — a misplaced bolt hole misaligns the module table or binds a tracker pivot, and the error is only discovered on site, at height, in the field.
We cut MMS hole patterns on our CNC plasma line rather than by manual marking, verify them against the drawing before galvanizing, and dip the finished structure in our own 7-metre kettle — so the fabrication tolerance and the coating are controlled by the same people, on the same site, against one drawing.

Fixed-tilt table structures fabricated to the developer's drawing and galvanized for field life.
Bolt patterns CNC cut and jig-checked so the structure meets the tracker supplier's pivot hardware.
Secondary steel members for module tables, cut and galvanized on the same line.
Lightweight galvanized frames for rooftop and industrial-shed installations.
Structures fabricated at our Howrah works are installed on a 50 MW solar project in Togo, West Africa, supplied through our client for the overseas build. It is one of two Indo East consignments now working outside India — and the reason our solar line is quoted against export drawings as readily as domestic ones.
