What is the maximum single-piece weight Indo East can fabricate?

Up to 5 tons per single piece. Larger assemblies are supplied in knocked-down sections designed to bolt up on site.

What size is the hot-dip galvanizing kettle?

7 m x 1.2 m x 1.6 m (length x width x depth), in-house at the Howrah plant. Members longer than the kettle are handled by double-dipping or by designing the splice into the fabrication.

What is the annual production capacity?

18,000+ MT per year across fabrication and galvanizing.

Which materials are handled?

IS 2062 and IS 8500 structural steel, IS 1239 pipes, and stainless steel grades.

Which welding standards are followed?

IS 816, AWS D1.1 and BS EN ISO 5817, depending on the client specification.

What coating options are available besides galvanizing?

Hot-dip galvanizing, painting, and duplex systems (galvanizing plus paint) for aggressive environments.

Can Indo East work from our drawings and BOQ?

Yes. Drawing-based fabrication from client GA drawings, specifications and BOQs is standard. Structural analysis and GA drawing support are available through the in-house design partnership with Principle ACS.
