We welcome independent inspection and we name the agencies. Inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, DNV, Intertek or a customer-nominated agency is supported at our Jangalpur, Howrah works, at the buyer's cost.
Because fabrication and galvanizing are both on our own floor, that is one visit rather than two. A fabricator who sub-contracts the coating either sends an inspector to two sites or has half the process witnessed. That difference is worth real money on an inspection budget.

Tell us at order stage which of these you want as hold points and which as witness or review. A stage inspection plan agreed before production starts costs nothing; one improvised mid-order costs schedule.
We do not have an in-house NABL-accredited laboratory. Our lab is real, well equipped and used on every order, but accreditation is a separate thing and we will not blur the two. Where NABL accreditation is required, the testing is arranged with an accredited laboratory.
ASTM A123 and EN ISO 1461 are specifications, not certifications a plant holds, and EN 1090 is a certification we do not hold. An inspector will find all of that stated on this site before they arrive, which is the point.

No. Our in-house lab is real and well equipped — Bruker Q2 ION spectrometer, universal testing machine, Rockwell tester, calibrated DFT gauges — but it is not NABL accredited, and we will not imply otherwise. Where NABL-accredited reports are required, testing is arranged with an accredited laboratory against the order.
Pre-galvanizing. Surface condition, slag removal and venting are decided there, and they determine most of what can go wrong at the kettle. It is also the stage most inspection plans skip.
The buyer, which is normal practice. We provide the access, the records, the laboratory and the time at no charge.
